UDance Dance Marathon is the University of Delaware's largest annual philanthropic event. The day-long marathon, known as UDance, takes place at the Bob Carpenter Center on campus. This philanthropic event consists of year-long fundraising from student-run campus organizations. Students raise money for the B+ foundation to support children with cancer. Our chapter is paired with our B+ Hero, Katie.
Andrew McDonough’s family founded the B + foundation after Andrew's passing from cancer in 2007. Andrew had a 167 day-long battle with leukemia and died on July 14th, 2007 at 14 years old. The B+ foundation funds cancer research, spreads awareness and supports families in need. The University of Delaware brings such high, communal morale to the UDance marathon. Please consider donating to our chapter's UDance page!
